Throughout her career, Sonia has held significant positions at multinational agencies such as Richard Ellis (China), First Pacific Davies, and CBRE Australia. In these roles, she excelled as a commercial property and tenant advisory specialist, demonstrating her adeptness in managing complex property portfolios and maintaining strong client relationships.
Sonia’s client base is as diverse as her experience, extending across a broad spectrum of private clients – sophisticated investors, property syndicates, trusts, specialised property funds, and financial institutions – and also encompassing Local, State, and Federal Government agencies. This extensive client interaction has honed her ability to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.
Sonia’s academic achievements include a BA (Hons) from Surrey University, a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), and a Diploma of Retail Property from the Property Council of Australia.
